The Thiessower Deichlauf is a sporting event for the whole family against the idyllic backdrop of Thiessow harbor. There are distances of 400 m (for children up to 6 years), 3 km, 5 km and 10 km to choose from. Spectators are invited to cheer on the runners and enjoy the special atmosphere.
Route overview:
Bambini run: For our youngest runners up to the age of 6, the course leads around the picturesque harbor area. The little ones cover around 400 m and can take their first running steps in a friendly environment.
3 km: This route is ideal for beginners. The flat and consistently pleasant route stretches over 3 km and promises a great running experience.
5 km and 10 km:
For those looking for a greater challenge, the 5 km and 10 km routes are available. With the idyllic harbor of Thiessow as the start and finish point, you can unleash your running spirit and show your ambition on the more demanding distances.
The participation fees are as follows:
Bambini run: Free participation (no entry fee)
Children and young people up to 16 years: €5
Adults: 10 €
