Low German language festival with a colorful program & artisans at Dömitz Fortress
The Low German Language Festival always takes place on the second Sunday in June at the Dömitz Fortress cultural monument. The Low German Day is one of numerous events during the Low German Weeks in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be a colorful program for Plattschnackers and Platt enthusiasts of all generations as well as an arts and crafts market.

The town of Dömitz organizes the North German Day in cooperation with the Heimatverband Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V.
