The forum sees itself as an experimental space at the interface between art and education. In addition to professional impulses and work phases in small groups, artistic methods are also used in the examination of module content. In continuing education, we assume that the artistic process - in which the cultural practitioners are experts - is the basis and the central cognitive process for the associated educational process. Artists remain artists in continuing education - they should not become teachers. Artists offer different approaches to understanding the world and interpreting knowledge. These special (educational) potentials must be tapped.
The training takes the form of 5 full-day face-to-face events at the Vorpommern-Rügen Youth Art School in Stralsund. A certificate of completion is issued after successful completion of at least 4 modules. Participation in all modules is free of charge.

Cultural mediation and project management
In addition to the practice of cultural education, cultural professionals often need to develop skills in project management, initiating collaborations and acquiring funding. As networkers, consultants and moderators, they can actively support and shape "cultural school development processes", among other things. We take a look at the field of "cultural mediation" and bring the experience of networking actors from education, culture, politics and the acquisition of funding to the forum.
