In the farm store of Hof Hoop free-range poultry, sausage and meat, game, jams, honey, juices and fruits and vegetables are offered. Every year on the 2nd of Advent there is also a small Christmas market.

Also on the farm Hoop attracts a farm store with a wide range of products: Here you can buy free-range poultry (ducks, geese, broilers, soup chickens), beef meat from own breeding, sausage specialties, game, jams, honey, juices and fruit and vegetables.

Every year there is also a Christmas market with a sale of fir trees at the Hoop farm. Guests can also enjoy culinary delights such as ram's pig on a spit, baked duck legs, bratwurst and mulled wine, as well as coffee and cake. For the little guests, Santa Claus is waiting at the market. The farm store is open on Fridays from 16 to 18 and Saturdays from 9 to 12.

City Hall Ludwigslust

Ludwigsluster Schlossstraße is the site of today's town hall. However, the two-story brick building was not always the seat of the city administration. It was built in 1780 by Johann Joachim Busch and initially served as a court house, the upper floor of which housed the Carton-Fabrique.

Natureum Ludwigslust

The oldest building in Ludwigslust, built around 1750 as a fountain house, houses the "Natureum am Schloss Ludwigslust". It was built to supply water to the fountains located behind the former hunting lodge. Today, the "Naturforschende Gesellschaft Mecklenburg e.V." has its headquarters here. On the first floor of the Natureum, nature and the natural history of western Mecklenburg are presented in six rooms.

Friedrichsmoor Forest Adventure Trail - Legendary Lewitz

The world of legends in the Lewitz is teeming with dragons, mythical creatures and all kinds of secrets from the history of Germany's largest meadow landscape. There are a total of 16 stations along the trail, each of which has a legend as its theme. Artists have created statues for each station, and the legend can be read on panels or accessed as a radio play via QR code. For children there are discovery tasks and information about the forest and nature is conveyed in a playful way. Start and finish is the hunting lodge Friedrichsmoor the path is suitable for hikers and cyclists.
