The Gutshaus Ramin is a diverse and versatile meeting place for events of all kinds and educational programs with a focus on regional, sustainable, traditional nutrition. With a focus on wild herbs, which grow in great variety in the manor house park.
The 7,000 square meter natural garden that surrounds the Ramin manor house is a true ecological wild herb Eldorado. Well-known species such as rosemary, oregano, basil, stinging nettle and parsley rub shoulders with forgotten medicinal herbs such as sorrel, goutweed, sage, sheep's sorrel, ribwort plantain, dandelion and lemon balm. All herbs grow in Ramin free from pesticides and other chemicals. The quality of our products is our top priority. All herbs are 100% organically grown and free from pesticides. The herbs are collected by hand, dried and carefully processed into wild herb blends in our herb workshop. We are constantly working on new recipes and continuously refining our existing products. Our wild herb workshop offers many things: Wild herb walks, wild herb children's academy, women's wild herbs, natural cosmetics, edible wild herbs and much more. Guests can choose the individual modules according to their interests and the length of their stay.
