Plau am See is a lively and architecturally tranquil vacation and climatic health resort in the most beautiful and lake-rich region of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In the immediate vicinity of the 800-year-old St. Marien town church, which can be seen from afar, the small private Plau am See Gallery & Art Shop presents current positions by contemporary artists in regular solo and group exhibitions - and also offers selected works for permanent sale. In addition to fresh young art from Leipzig, Dresden and Berlin, the gallery also shows works by renowned artists from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and eastern Germany.
