The waterway rest area with caravan site at the Fischerdamm is located close to the center of Parchim. The lovingly renovated old town of Parchim with stores, monuments worth seeing, churches, cafes and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The water hiking resting place is awarded with the "Yellow Wave".

If you moor here by boat or are also traveling by caravan, you will find everything you need at the Fischerdamm in Parchim. From here you can reach the lovingly renovated old town of Parchim in two minutes on foot. Experience the flair of historic half-timbered and brick buildings, small cafes and restaurants to stroll or browse the small stores of Parchim. At the town information office you can also get more information about guided tours or current cultural events in the town.

A caravan site for 20 vehicles is located directly next to the waterway rest area. Camping is also possible directly adjacent.
