The Waldbad Alt Jabel, located in the nature park Mecklenburgisches Elbetal, is open to visitors from May to September and offers varied fun for young and old.
On hot summer days, everyone longs for a cool refreshment in the water. For those who are traveling in the Griesen area around Dömitz, the Waldbad Alt Jabel is an ideal destination. Here, young and old can get into the cool water. The natural pool has a swimmer's pool and a non-swimmer's pool, a diving area with one- and three-meter high towers, and a 25-meter track. A special highlight is the "Green Mamba," a 72-meter-long giant slide with eleven curves that offers rapid descents with a fun factor and has been in operation since 2013. Outside the water, you can romp on the sunbathing lawn, play volleyball, table tennis and chess or go to the playground. The physical well-being is provided by a snack bar located on the premises.
The Waldbad Alt Jabel has an accessible beach and water access, barrier-free WC and a lifting device.
