The village church is located directly in the center of Goldenstädt and is the oldest church in the area.
The medieval fortified church is characterized by high windows and thick walls of up to 1.30 meters. The building walls are a mixture of fieldstones and bricks. The framework of the gable was also filled with bricks. On the west side of the church there is a wooden belfry. The interior of the church is kept simple. The altar and the pulpit, which are worth seeing, were made after the Thirty Years' War.
