Villa Schwalbe welcomes its guests. After more than 50 years, the villa built around the turn of the century was opened to the public again. Two years of intensive and detailed renovation work have restored the Villa Schwalbe to its former glory since 2003.

Located directly on the beach of the Baltic Sea, we offer you sun, sea and beach - in short, pure relaxation and recreation.
Our vacation apartments are comfortably furnished so that you can feel completely at home. We offer 2-room-apartments for max. 4 persons or 3-room-apartments for max. 6 persons, with direct sea view or with balcony into the park. All apartments are equipped with living room, separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC. Our kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven. Radio, TV and free W-LAN in each apartment. Our villa is a non-smoking house. Pets only on request. An elevator is available.
