Mönkebude - approved resort - pearl at the 'Stettiner Haff'The more than 750-year-old Mönkebude is an idyllic community, which evolved from a fishermen's village into a well-liked bathing place. Water, sun, fresh air, forrest, beach…

Welcome to Mönkebude!
Glad you're here …
Was it very hard to find the far north-east of our Republic?
Now you've made it and you finally have the time to do everything you've been looking forward to the whole year. Mönkebude is a very popular bathing resort and is located approx. 7 km west of Ueckermünde. From the beach you have a fantastic view on the island of Usedom. The 500 m long, fine sandy beach with beach chairs is a real children's paradise and guarantees restful holidays at the seaside for the whole family. The shallowly sloping water brings young and old a happy bathing fun. For naturists there is a beach section at which you tan in the driest area of Germany. Sports fans fully get their money's worth. Different sports like sailing are offered as well as riding, ping-pong, open air bowling, cycling and bowling. Adults and children can really live it up here.
