The 2016/2017 renovated vacation home for 4 persons (1 extra bed possible) is located about 300m from the Haussee. It has about 90m² living space and a 16m² terrace. The new, well-equipped kitchen and the modern bathroom with ground-level shower invite you to feel good.
The building has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed. We are also happy to provide up to 2 travel cots for our younger guests.
The bathroom with window, is equipped with a ground-level shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are of course provided.
In addition to the standard equipment, the open kitchen has a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher.
Free WLAN, radio, DVD player and TV complete the feel-good package.
On the south terrace you have the possibility to barbecue, or relax on the provided garden furniture under the parasol.
For your bicycles and car there is a parking space under the carport in the yard.
The cottage also has a boat shed on the lake, which is equipped with a 2-man paddle boat, as well as a boat with electric motor, which can be rented by arrangement.
