Bathroom with shower / WC in the apartment, additional bathroom on the 2nd floor (for occupancy of more than 4 people). Storage for bicycles and possibly canoe available. Platform can be used as a terrace. Garden furniture provided. Very quiet at night. Parking in front of the door. Non-smokers.
