In the Tropical House Bansin palm trees, tropical landscapes and exotic animals can be viewed and experienced.
About 400 animals in 150 species are housed in the mini-zoo, including caimans, exotic birds, goats, monkeys, snakes, raccoons. Especially worth seeing are a seven-meter-long reticulated python, the albino tiger python and a talking yellow-breasted macaw. It includes a complex with 36 vacation apartments, the restaurant Snake's Nest and a children's playroom.

The two climate forests on Island of Usedom are located in the immediate vicinity at the narrowest point of the island. This new "Climate Forest Damerow" was opened with a donation of 50 forest shares from the Achterkerke Foundation to local families as part of a large planting campaign during the Usedom Wildlife Weeks on October 24, 2009. The English oaks planted here on 2 hectares are now about 5 meters high, so that you can already walk through them.
Fort Gerhard is one of the most significant monuments in Świnoujście. It was built in the middle of the 19th century to protect the entrance to the port. It was designed by Gerhard Cornelius, after whose name the building is named to this day.
