At treetop level, the Usedom treetop path winds its way through the Heringsdorf forest over a total length of 1,350 meters (incl. ramp in the tower). At up to 23 meters, guests walk through the island's typical beech and pine forest - past numerous information and adventure stations.
The exciting adventure trail leads through the different levels of the forest at a height of up to 23 meters. On a path length of about 1,350 meters, numerous learning stations convey interesting facts about environmental education, the Usedom Nature Park and the flora and fauna living there. Adventure stations with exciting balancing elements at dizzy heights invite you to join in. Walking up to the tops of the trees, unique perspectives open up that already give a small foretaste of the view from the 33-meter-high, square observation tower, which was modeled after the "old Bismarckwarte". From here, 75 meters above sea level, there is a unique view over the imperial spas, Swinoujscie and the hinterland of the island. The new nature experience facility is located in the Baltic resort of Heringsdorf, in the immediate vicinity of the Heringsdorf train station. Thus guests travel best with the public means of transport, from the closer environment they reach the path simply by foot or by bicycle. The path is accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with strollers via an elevator in the ascent tower and can be explored without any problems due to the low gradient. An entrance hall with store, gastronomy and beer garden completes the overall offer of the tree top walk.
