Hello, I am Claudia Pedro-Schröder. As a passionate trainer and nutritionist with over 20 years of experience, I accompany people on their way to more physical and mental strength. Whether yoga, strength training or mobility training - my training brings variety and opens up new opportunities to get to know your own body better and develop your own potential.
As a mother of two, wife, engineer and online coach, I know the challenges of a busy everyday life. That's why it's important to me to design my coaching in such a way that it integrates harmoniously into your life without you having to neglect your family or other important areas. Together we will find your individual way to sustainably increase your motivation, strength and enjoyment of exercise.
In addition to fitness and nutritional advice, Claudia also offers relaxation techniques, back and pelvic floor training and vegan nutritional advice. She looks forward to helping people achieve a stronger body and a more relaxed mind.
