Away from noise, stress and hustle and bustle, Trassenheide with its idyllic spots and secluded corners offers an impressive experience to those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers.
For the tenth time, the seaside resort was able to meet the strict requirements that are rewarded with the "Blue Flag". This seal of quality stands for clean paths, beaches and excellent water quality. In 2009, the municipality of Trassenheide was the first Baltic resort on the Island of Usedom to be awarded the "Red Flag" as a "Guarded Beach" by ILSE.
A special attraction is the beach promenade, whose various areas - sculpture park, play area and quiet zone - offer something for every guest. On the beach forecourt there is the sculpture "Family". It stands for "family-friendly Baltic resort". Our new concert shell invites to various events.
The surrounding nature, the coastal forest, the meadows in the direction of the Peene River are best enjoyed on foot or by bike. Secluded forest paths offer seclusion and in autumn even enough mushrooms, even for late risers.
Directly behind the dunes in the pine forest lies the 4-star ECO campsite "Ostseeblick". In the tourist information you will find a lot of information as well as the spa library, a local history room, public internet access and a playroom for children. We are also happy to assist you with advice and assistance in booking campsites and rooms.
