Theater in the watch school

Since 2002, there has been a small but fine studio theater at Schulkamp 3, the THeaterin der UhrenSCHule, or THUSCH for short, which - after the renovation of the historic building - is located on the second floor of what is now the "Haus der Musen".

Here amateur theater takes place under professional guidance, which is created by the Young Theater Teterow (JTT) by young people. There is also an adult ensemble that produces and presents semi-professional performances. Both ensembles play across generations for a mixed age audience - current theater performances.

In addition to the theater activities, THUSCH shows cinema classics and highlights every second Wednesday of the month at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the event series "Das besondere Mittwochskino".
