Large and very extensive museum on the subject of technology and vehicles. Absolutely worth seeing not only for technology enthusiasts, but also for nostalgics.

On an area of currently 500 sqm (planned 1,500 sqm) you can experience the fascination of technology in miniature. In addition to the impressive exhibition of about 10,000 car, train, ship and aircraft models, you can also visit the replica of the Rügen small railroads and other railroad lines and dioramas. The exhibition is constantly being expanded. Special technical exhibitions are planned. The museum is open from 01 April to 31 October daily from 14:00 - 17:00. Outside the opening hours only by appointment,

The Haidhof climate forest covers an area of just under one hectare and is made up of red oaks, sweet chestnuts and hazel trees in combination with various woodland edge trees. At several planting events in the fall since 2011, guests and residents have been able to talk to foresters and forest campaigners about the climate forests on the Island of Rügen while enjoying children's games, campfires and wild sausages.

Stralsund City Hall

The building, erected in the style of North German brick Gothic, whose construction dates back to the years 1300-1310, is one of the most important secular buildings on the Baltic coast. Above the large windows of the market front of the town hall, the coats of arms of the neighboring Hanseatic cities point to the importance of the Hanseatic League for Stralsund. The display gable is unique in the Baltic region.

Ernst Moritz Arndt House
