Shallow-water fanatics are at the wrong address in Zinnowitz. With a strong breeze from the east, first-class Baltic Sea waves roll onto the fine sandy beach here. In the high season, however, you can only enjoy the spectacle outside the bathing zone because of the many vacationers.
Zinnowitz is one of the most famous Baltic resorts on the Island of Usedom. The town is located at the northern end of a tongue of land about one to two kilometers wide between the Achterwasser and the Pomeranian Bay. The popularity of the Baltic resort due to the beautiful beach and the good infrastructure leads to many guests, especially in the summer months. Accordingly, the place then seems somewhat crowded. With stormy winds from the east, a decent wave builds up here. Then the spot is only conditionally suitable for beginners because of the small standing area. The sports beach is located at the entrance Q, directly at the Hotel Baltic. You can find it by following the promenade in the direction of Trassenheide. In the high season, kitesurfing is recommended only in the evening hours due to the many tourists. The spot is suitable for wind directions from NW to E.
Facilities:

- Offer of the surf school - windsurf, sailing, canoe, banana ride, pedal boat, diving, trampolines, water ski, wakeboard, sofa and kneeboard with motor boat
