The Baltic resort Göhren invites you to: beach fun, exciting nature experiences, diverse activity programs as well as attractive health and wellness offers. Göhren is an accredited Kneipp spa and has been recognized as particularly family-friendly by the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Tourist Board. As a recognized tourist information center, the Göhren spa administration is happy to assist guests with all tourism-related questions about Göhren.

The Baltic resort of Göhren, the third largest seaside resort on the Island of Rügen, is located amidst the idyllic landscape of the Mönchgut peninsula in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. Göhren's particularly attractive location even received first place in a comparative quality assessment of more than 150 German health resorts. Sights are the north beach with the 280 m long pier, the 3 km long amber promenade, spa park and music pavilion.

Worth seeing are the four Mönchgut museums and the Speckbusch hill grave with the church and a magnificent view of the Mönchgut peninsula. Göhren has also been the first state-approved Kneipp spa in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern since 2007. In addition, Göhren was certified by the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Tourist Board with the Quality Management Family Holiday. Goehren offers a large number of organized recreational events for young and old, such as hiking, cycling, Nordic walking, archery, beach volleyball, skimboarding, water slide, children's camp and much more.
