The slubes are designed for the new demands of guests: An extraordinary overnight adventure for soft, regional tourism. Slubes are sustainable and space-saving without having to forego familiar comforts. Thanks to the contactless check in at the site, the stay is spontaneous and flexible, the smart control of light and temperature is intuitive. The building slube is an intelligent space miracle made of reinforced concrete - minimum footprint meets maximum comfort. The tower is just under 5 meters high with a living area of 11m2. Each slube stands completely autonomous and is heatable, insulated and soundproofed.
Innovative equipment
For the slubes, round concrete tubes were transformed into a modern hotel room with a lot of creativity and attention to detail. In the slube home, you have everything you need on two levels: The lower part has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, a cozy sitting area and ample storage space. Stairs lead upstairs to a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed and a large window, TV and Wi-Fi.
Smart slube
The free slube web app saves the annoying paperwork: you can use it to manage bookings or even download the invoice. Check-in at the slube is also completely digital and contactless. You can also use the app to control the lighting and heating. You can also find tips on restaurants, shopping and activities in the vicinity.
