The so-called Sagenstein is located not far from the Hertha Lake.
Near the Herthasee is the so-called "Sagenstein", on which, according to the legend, footprints of an adult, a child and a hare or dog are imprinted. The legend itself tells about the trial of a virgin who was to be sacrificed to the pagan gods. However, behind the erection of the "Legend Stone" is an enterprising innkeeper at the Königsstuhl, who probably erected this additional "sight" in the 19th century.
