Molkerei Naturprodukt GmbH "Rügener Inselfrische" - an artisan regional dairy on the Island of Rügen.
On the Island of Rügen, in the middle of fields, in a small village lies the dairy Naturprodukt GmbH. Here, the milk from the farmer right next door is still processed as in the past. This means that we preserve the ingredients, give the product enough time to mature and ensure gentle processing of the fresh milk. This results in ripened products such as natural yogurt and buttermilk, which are rarely found anymore. Our milk is not homogenized and is framed again. We rely on natural and do not use any additional heat treatment.
The family business was founded as early as 1998 and is constantly developing.
In addition, we process vitamin and mineral rich fruit juices, e.g. 100 percent sea buckthorn juice. In the end you can enjoy this as a healthy sea buckthorn fruit spread or as a sea buckthorn dessert. All our products, which you can find under the name ˚Rügener Inselfrische˝, you can taste and buy in our cozy café & farm store. With a view of the blossoming fruit trees and summer meadow flowers, you can unwind here with homemade cakes and a fruity milkshake. You can also find us on the mainland in selected markets.
Our farm store and café directly at the production site is open from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm (closed on Sundays and holidays).
