The Rügener Insel-Brauerei has been brewing rare beers from bottle maturation since 2015 - little-known, forgotten or self-created beer styles, natural, with natural hops and open fermentation. The Island of Rügen is the home of the brewery and the beers. Inspired by the local nature, the Insel-Brauerei has developed an individual brewing recipe with bottle maturation and a unique packaging technology with light-protective paper. Rare beers can be recognized by their long-lasting freshness, maximum aroma, fine sparkling carbon dioxide, firm head and maximum enjoyment. Only the best raw materials go into the rare beers. The Insel-Brauerei brews with around 30 hop varieties, 30 malt varieties and 30 yeast varieties - 30x30x30 equals 27,000 possible combinations. Added to this is the skill and creativity of the master brewers. The Insel-Brauerei has won numerous international awards for its delicious creations, including six times for the World's Best Beer at the World Beer Awards in London.
