Important to me is a conscious, creative use of products with regard to their seasonal availability and quality, as well as fun in new culinary ideas, based on traditional cuisine, fresh production and a sense of originality in processing.
The food and beverage offer, is subject to a conscious restriction, follows for you the beat of the region, the season and are subject to sustainability, without semi-finished or finished products and free of flavor enhancers.
People with intolerances, the desire for vegetarian or vegan food have so also the possibility to enjoy without renunciation.
This is how you get to know the culinary delights of my homeland. Traditional and down-to-earth - I would like to surprise you with originality and subtlety - the culinary map of Mecklenburg is as varied as the landscape.
Many vegetables, all herbs and wild herbs as well as fruit come from own cultivation in perma culture. Gladly I take time with you to realize their wishes.
