Captains Inn - Your meeting place in the harbor village of Müritz Of course, our Hafendorf Müritz also has a harbor meeting place for you. Cozy, with a maritime ambience, good draught beer and delicious, freshly prepared food. The ship's bow counter in the Captains Inn is the meeting point for skippers, boat crews and shore staff and brings your cruise right into the restaurant.
The concept focuses on regional cuisine with an emphasis on fish and meat from the lava stone grill, but the small, daily updated menu also offers delicious dishes for vegetarians. Open, international wines, delicious Lübzer or Duckstein on tap as well as non-alcoholic thirst quenchers and coffee specialties can be enjoyed both inside and on the large sun terrace with a view of the marina and the Travellift. Delicious cakes and ice cream specialties are of course also available and round off the offer. If you fancy a cocktail, the Pirates Bar is right next door and offers a varied selection of cocktails, draught beer and cold drinks.
To create even more space for covered tables with a cozy, maritime ambience, we expanded the Captains Inn in the 2020 season with a container extension. We made a conscious decision to convert the three old sea containers into something new, as it was not only a truly environmentally conscious, residue-free construction method, but could also be implemented wonderfully in our Kuhnle shipyard on site.
