North of Rügen's largest Baltic resort Binz, in the immediate vicinity of the former KdF baths, the museum found its home in Prora in 1994.
Today, the museum covers a 10,000 square meter covered exhibition area. The collection of old locomotives, vintage cars, trucks and fire engines is constantly supplemented with new vehicles. Thus, the impressive and worth seeing collection becomes richer and more attractive from year to year. For some it is a visual lesson in history and technology - for others it is a happy childhood memory. This museum is a must for all technology and vehicle lovers. The museum is open daily from April to October from 10 am - 5 pm. Guided tours are organized by appointment.
