NaturBad am Teterower See - bathing fun for the whole family

Recreation and leisure in nature are among the most popular vacation motives in our region. Particularly high in the course is a stay at / in the water. Water rats are therefore recommended to visit the Teterow Lake. The municipal bathing area is located at the southern tip of the lake opposite the peninsula Sauerwerder. As early as 1858, a bathing facility was established here - with changing rooms and strict separation of men, women and children. Compared to the past, things are more relaxed at the Teterow bathing area nowadays. The NaturBad Teterower See was reopened for the 2014 bathing season after extensive construction work. There are two multifunctional pontoons that invite you to swim, sunbathe and fish. A small sandy beach is ideal for digging or building castles. There are various playground equipment for children as well as a table tennis table and a beach volleyball court. Sun worshippers can enjoy themselves on the spacious sunbathing lawn. The beach restaurant "Bootsmann" offers small delicacies, and if you want, you can start a discovery tour with the launch "Regulus" on the lake. A public parking lot is within a two-minute walk.

Notice:

During the season from May to September , a lifeguard is on site and swimming lessons are offered.
