Zoos, animal parks and enclosures

"Unsere kleine Burderei" is a privately run farm that is home to numerous animals (donkeys, goats, dogs and chickens, many of them from animal welfare organisations). The offer includes various projects as well as donkey and goat walks for individuals, small groups and families.

Based on an additional qualification in animal-assisted education and therapy and with 20 years of professional experience, the following is offered:

  •     accompanied donkey walks:
  •     On short (also suitable for younger children) or longer walks in the natural surroundings, guests learn a lot about these wonderful animals. Please note: the donkeys are not ridden.
  •     Goat walks (suitable for older children and adults)
  •     Animal-assisted support for mutism
  •     Grief counselling with the support of animals
  •     Strategies for coping with fear, e.g. after dog bites
  •      Animal-assisted support for children & adults with disabilities
  •     Animal-assisted encounters for people with dementia
  •     Further training days for animal-assisted work (theory & practice)

    Old Synagogue Hagenow
