BioObst Büdnerei offers organic certified apples and berries such as currants, gooseberries and blueberries from our own cultivation. In our contract cidery you also have the possibility to have your own juice pressed from your apples, pears or quinces. During the season there are blueberries to pick yourself.
In the cidery, natural juices are pressed, e.g. apple, quince, elderberry or even black currant juice. A very special specialty is the apple-beetroot juice. With the beautiful old fruit press I also like to process your fruit from your own garden - you get the juice from your own fruit!
On the areas of the small fruit farm are grown on about 2.5 hectares different types of fruit such as apples, black, red and white currants, blueberries and chokeberries. From the berry fruit and from wild collections (e.g. of rose hips and sloes), various fruit spreads are produced in small-scale production. You can buy the products on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Boizenburg weekly market or by appointment directly on the farm. I would be happy to welcome you to my farm - an old Büdnerei - and show you the orchard.
As a partner of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve "River Landscape Elbe" I am committed to its goals.
So I attach great importance to biodiversity on my farm and support it, for example, with the creation of flowering strips, rock piles, nesting boxes, bee hotels and wild hedges.
