The "Old Steam Bakery" is a historic building (around 1800) and now houses a museum-café as well as 2 vacation apartments and a Spartan cyclists' camp. In the courtyard and in the rooms of the historic bakery, guests can enjoy the special atmosphere of the historical facility with coffee, tea and homemade cake. The sight of the many old utensils will make you wander back to a time long past. We will be happy to guide you through the 200 year old walls of the bakery. Here you can still find the steam baking oven, flour loot, sack beating machine and much more. You can also spend your vacation in the "Old Steam Bakery". A vacation apartment anno 1800 with many nostalgic objects and furniture will enchant you. Quaint and cozy but with all the comforts of modernity you will enjoy the most beautiful time of the year. The small vacation apartment in the former coal warehouse also invites you to relax. Located at the foot of the Gothic church from the 13th century in Damgarten, start your excursions with the in-house bicycles or use the footpaths to the harbor or along the Regnitz River.
