The Northern Lights Canoe Station is located in the water town of Fürstenberg, the gateway to the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is an excellent starting and ending point for canoeing, whether for one-day or multi-day tours. It can be reached by train in 55 min from Berlin.
The canoe station in Fürstenberg is located directly on the Havel River, only 10 minutes from the train station. From here you can reach almost every lake of the Mecklenburg Lake District, the Feldberg Lakes, the Lychen Waters, the Rheinsberg Waters as well as the Uckermark Lakes.
