A curiosity in the Appelhäger forest near Teterow
The needle-eye beech is somewhat hidden in the Appelhäger Forst in the Teterower Heidberge NSG. A few meters from the main hiking trail you can find the tree with the growth in the form of an overdiemensional needle eye.
