Exhibitions and Galleries, Ateliers and Workshops

In the MV-Kunst Galerie, the self-taught artists Wolfgang Hube and Kathy H-Teufel exhibit their paintings, painted ostrich eggs and stones, as well as jewellery made using a wide variety of techniques. Guests can also get active themselves in the painting workshop. A guided tour of the gallery is free of charge.

There are currently 190 paintings in the gallery. The subject matter, as well as the painting techniques, cover a very wide spectrum. Thus, landscape painting, maritime painting, animal portraits, flowers and still lifes, portraits and abstract painting are presented to the visitors on an area of 125m2. Wolfgang Hube uses exclusively oil paint and Kathy H-Teufel acrylic paint for these motifs. Many of the paintings refer to the beautiful home region. However, visitors will also discover very colour-intensive paintings in the MV-Kunst Galerie that were created using the pouring technique. Some of these radiate a great deal of harmony, while others are extremely charged with tension.

The paintings can also be purchased. In the shop, visitors have the opportunity to buy handicrafts from the gallery's own production. Among other things, painted ostrich eggs and stones as well as jewellery, small figurines and postcards from the paintings are on sale.

In addition to the creative work, individual commissioned works are also offered and made for the customer in consultation.

In addition, Kathy H-Teufel also offers photo shoots for passport photos, job application photos, family photos and photos of four-legged friends. Registration for the photo shoot under: +49 1525 9038751.

From March to October, guests can paint ostrich eggs or stones every Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, with or without instruction. Individual appointments are also possible by telephone (+49 1522 4259806).

Gallery visit: daily all year round (except Tuesdays) from 10:00 to 16:00.
