The ice cream parlor that every Stralsund knows and every guest should know.

The Milchbar is a reopened Institutuion in terms of ice cream and café. But also a delicious pizza can be enjoyed here well. Sit out in the summer and watch the hustle and bustle on the New Market.

The Milchbar was opened on 11.02.1956 by the Trade Organization of the GDR at Neuer Markt 13. At that time, the Milchbar was mainly a meeting place for young people. The building was already built in 1741 and housed before the Milchbar, for example, the Café Lewerenz.
