The apartment house "Speicherresidenz" is located directly at the harbor of the beautiful Vineta town Barth. As a historic warehouse building, it looks back on an eventful history and, after extensive restoration and modernization, offers you over 41 individually and tastefully furnished apartments for your relaxing vacation time on the Barther Bodden.
Our Speicherresidenz encloses over 41 modern furnished vacation apartments with upscale equipment for 1 - 5 persons. Each separate apartment has a living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, most of our apartments have a balcony. You can choose between water view, side water view and view of the beautiful old town of Barth. Some exclusive vacation apartments also offer you a sauna.
In the whole apartment house you can use our free W-LAN as well as LAN connection in the vacation apartment. We provide travel cots and highchairs for a small fee. On request, you can pre-order a linen package with towels and bed linen for each apartment. One free parking space is available per apartment. In addition, you will find a spacious bicycle room in our apartment house for the bicycles you have brought with you. So we take care of their needs while you relax and enjoy your vacation.
