Today the estate consists of the manor house, the steward's house, a stable, the manor park and the park chapel. The manor house dates back to about 1830. Since 2012 it has been renovated after many years of vacancy and is now available for events with suitable rooms and guest rooms. The steward's house from 1900 is now equipped with three comfortable vacation apartments.
The completely overgrown approximately eight-hectare estate park with lake was restored by the municipality in 2017. The extraordinary park chapel of the benefactors was built around 1850 by Schinkel's student Gustav Stier. In 2021, with the help of a support association and state funds, the restoration of the nave was completed. Due to this combination in the good Battinsthal is married very gladly with celebrations up to 100 persons with immediate accommodation possibilities for up to 40 persons and more in the periphery of few kilometers.
