Spacious vacation home for 8 to 10 people with open gallery and panoramic terrace above the treetops on the narrow Luzin for weekly rent (7 days, each from Saturday to Saturday)
Towards the lake side "Das Ferienhaus" has a roof terrace with glass barrier, awning and stairs to the parking area. The orientation is perfect to enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun.
The cottage offers with 105 m² plenty of space for 8-10 people (additional extra bed possible at a weekly rate of 120€) and has a kitchenette with stove, oven and microwave. The usual kitchen utensils and a refrigerator are available. For a juicy steak or the crispy sausage is of course also a charcoal or gas grill available.
Due to the spacious cut with living & dining area as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of them with baby crib), the vacation home is perfectly suitable for large families and friendly families or couples with children. Via a narrow staircase you reach the open gallery, the sleeping chamber for another 6 persons. Here you will find, among other things, reading lounge with table but also another dining table with chairs for a cozy game night under the roof.
In winter and the transitional period, the wood-burning stove provides a particularly cozy atmosphere.
The narrow Luzin is a paradise for fishing, swimming and diving. With your own bicycle, rowing boat, or canoe/kayak (optional weekly additional costs 15€, 35€, or 45€), you can explore the surrounding lakes. Access to the lake is via a public path. I am also happy to provide surfboards with standup paddle, standard fishing rods with accessories on a limited basis for my guests for a small amount of pocket money.
