Far to the northeast of Germany, on the Greifswalder Bodden, there is still enough space, good soil and fresh air for a very special concept: the LandWert Hof in Stahlbrode vis-a-vis to the island of Rügen. Since 2008, a regional farm project has been growing here that includes primary production, processing, a farm store, gastronomy and a school farm. The organic producer community believes that the best food is created with a lot of manual work and patience, but all the less artificial aids!
Enjoyment begins on the pasture: Across from the island of Rügen on the Greifswalder Bodden, committed agricultural producers from Western Pomerania founded an organic producers' association - and as its center, the LandWert Hof in Stahlbrode. This project includes primary production, processing, farm store, gastronomy and a school farm.
Our LandWert grazing cattle and free-range pigs know only wide open spaces and meadows. Long stressful transports are avoided thanks to the principle of original home slaughtering. A difference you can taste! With craftsmanship, delicious northeastern meat and sausage specialties are created in the farm's own butchery & manufactory, which always make connoisseurs of healthy treats revel.
