Germany's largest fieldstone barn - it is 125 meters long and 34 meters wide - is located in Bollewick, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District area with its more than 2,000 lakes and forests. In an extraordinary atmosphere, 23 double rooms, 1 single room as well as 2 "Snow White Rooms" (with max. 8 beds, 2 bathrooms) await you. The lovingly furnished rooms are comfortably equipped with shower / WC, telephone, satellite TV. Cribs and high chairs are provided free of charge. In the house you can use the infrared sauna and the romantic tub for specially offered baths. Massages round off the wellness offer. Culinary treats are available in the Dorfschenke, in the Gutsherrenkeller and in the café with bakery. In the barn you will find a marketplace with a dance floor, show workshops for traditional crafts and a farm store. Adjacent to the barn is a romantic village pond with a game preserve, which invites you to linger and take a walk. The community of Bollewick is developing ecologically very innovative to a bioenergy village. The barn is known nationwide through events and markets from radio and television. Free parking at the house, free admission to the show workshops and stores (except for certain markets), exhibitions, concerts, traditional markets (Easter markets, Advent markets, Whitsun market, summer market), flea markets, barn tours (on request), various other events (eg.e.g. Women's Day or the big slaughter festival, always last Saturday in February).
