The youth guesthouse Neusehland in Klützer Winkel, about 10 km from the Baltic Sea, offers accommodation and common rooms for groups of up to 40 people in 10 dormitories. It is handicapped accessible and suitable for full board and self-catering. Fireplace, bread oven, children's playground equipment, green area and sports facilities.

Between the old Hanseatic cities of Lübeck in Schleswig-Holstein and Wismar in Northwest Mecklenburg lies the small village of Welzin with our "Jugendgästehaus Neusehland".

Children, teenagers and adults are welcome to join us for vacation activities, camps, class trips, seminars or conferences. A green area, climbing frame, swing, mini carousel and barbecue area, bread oven, table tennis table and a volleyball court offer our guests sports, games and recreation.

The Baltic Sea is 10 minutes away by car, Here you can find clean sea water and wooded steep shores. Groß Schwansee, Brook and Wohlenberger Wiek offer extensive natural beaches. Trips to the Baltic resorts of Boltenhagen and Travemünde are possible. Klützer Strand, Baltic Sea railroad, stone age village Kussow, butterfly park Klütz, equestrian farm Oberhof and the Hanseatic cities Wismar and Lübeck invite you to visit.

The youth guesthouse bears the "Reisenetz Quality" seal of approval.
