From April to October, the ovens at the smokehouse "Zur Reuse" open daily at 11:30 a.m. sharp and entice you with the delicious smell of smoked eel, mackerel, salmon and much more. In our show smokehouse with snack, our guests can enjoy the fish directly from the smoke, at long oak benches, in a rustic ambience. So that no fishbone gets stuck in the throat, there is beer from our own Fischland brewery to "wash through". Also a good "smoked grain" is ready.
