In the age of industrial food production, much of our food from supermarkets is treated with additives that have caused health problems for many people.
We offer daily bread and other baked goods:

- with individual own recipes
- with traditional sourdough management.
With the help of traditional artisan sourdough management, rye flours and rye meal are acidified. Through this biochemical acidification process, a certain ratio of lactic acid, acetic acid and yeasts is bred, which are able to ferment the rye flour and make it bakeable and digestible. No chemical acids and other baking aids need to be added to this bread.
Cakes and desserts
The basis for this is a sponge cake base (without paste, traditionally made hot and cold). We use a light "German cream" based on vanilla pudding and butter.
