Wheelchair-accessible guest house and facilities
The building was erected in the 1980s by trainee builders. The simplicity of the architecture, combined with the solid construction, the house even has an air-raid shelter, still characterizes the image today.
With the takeover at the beginning of 2023, the complete renovation began. We paid particular attention to the quality and sustainability of the materials used. Interior plaster, paints, DLW linoleum, new mattresses etc. all ISO certified, with Blue Angel, emission A+... Documented and visible.
Haus Plau am See has 16 three-bed rooms, 10 four-bed rooms, 3 six-bed rooms and 2 double rooms.
In total there are 110 beds.
Sanitary and WC facilities on all three floors.

We have declared wheelchair sports to be our central theme. Haus Plau am See would like to become THE address for clubs and teams in Meckl. Vorpommern as a year-round training camp. Further training of our staff, suggestions from our guests and the ongoing expansion of our infrastructure help us to constantly improve. Whether you are an individual traveler or a tour group: action, nature and relaxation await you at Lake Plau and around our guest house. Of course, the lake itself offers many opportunities to move around, on or above the water. But there is much more to discover. Our wheelchair-accessible facility with sports hall is ready for you.
