Exclusive apartments with modern furnishings in lovingly renovated architectural monument - idyll and relaxation directly by the sea
Once the communal house for the staff of the 'KdF seaside resort Rügen', the building, which was constructed in 1937/38, was redesigned and revitalized in 2011, taking into account its history. In the course of the detailed reconstruction, several apartments were created, which have two or three floors. The faithful reconstruction of the exterior appearance was followed by the consistent realization of modern architectural language in the interior. Clearly and puristically designed, the individual apartments stand out pleasantly from the masses.
