Our vacation home ... was built around 1640. It was built exclusively from natural building materials such as field stones, clay, wood and straw. With its thousands of years of history, clay is one of the oldest and best building materials and is now back in fashion. Clay earth ensures a healthy climate in the house. Clay earth absorbs water and releases it again. It also has the ability to store a lot of heat: Our vacation home is warm in winter and has a pleasantly cool climate in summer. The building was once used as a home for day laborers, individual farmers and farm workers.
The vacation property is a semi-detached house consisting of 2 separate, fully equipped units - the Erika house and the Katharina house.
Each vacation apartment has a plot of 1000 m². There are outdoor seating areas, sunbathing lawns, table tennis tables and a barbecue. There is plenty of space for games and relaxation.
On request and subject to availability, a boat can be arranged for day trips on the Müritz. Guided fishing trips on the Müritz including boat are also offered.
Vacation home Erika: The vacation home is fully equipped and consists of 2 bedrooms with two beds each, kitchen with kitchenette incl. dishwasher, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and the living room with the possibility of an extra bed, radio and TV. On the large property belonging to the half of the house there is a seating area with barbecue facilities, a table tennis table and plenty of space for playing and relaxing.
Vacation home Katharina: The semi-detached house is fully equipped and consists of 2 bedrooms with two beds each, kitchen with kitchenette incl. dishwasher, bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine and the living room with radio and TV. The house also has a further room, which you can use as a reading room, playroom or TV room as you wish. There is also the possibility of an extra bed in this room. An iron and ironing board are also available. The spacious grounds belonging to the house invite you to play and relax. There is a seating area with barbecue facilities and a table tennis table.
