The excellently preserved half-timbered house is situated in a quiet location in the center of the small village of Groß Wokern directly at the foot of the oldest fieldstone church in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The nearby Bergfelder See lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. There is a riding stables on the outskirts of the village where you can go horse riding. Hunters have the opportunity to go hunting by arrangement with the landlord. The small town of Teterow is 7 km away. There are various supermarkets, restaurants, a gallery, a museum and small stores.
In the landlord's house there is a 1-room apartment with kitchen and a double room with shower/WC. Both can be reached via a separate entrance. A spacious kitchenette with seating is integrated in the hallway, which can also be used for evenings together if required.
The double room has two separate beds, a small seating area with two chairs and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. In front of the room is a spacious kitchenette with a seating area, which can also be used. By arrangement, it is possible to use an outdoor seating area on the landlord's extensive grounds or to borrow a barbecue.
The vacation apartment is located in the landlord's house and, like the double room, can be reached via a separate entrance. It has a combined living room/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is a kitchenette with seating in the spacious hallway area, which can also be used as a common room by the tenants if required.
