The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible via a large elevator. 2 bedrooms offer space for max. 4 persons. The children's bedroom is equipped with a single bed as well as a nursing / hospital bed and patient lift. In the spacious living area with open kitchen you will spend happy vacations. The kitchen is exclusively equipped with all related technical appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and high built-in oven.
A guest toilet and a bathroom with accessible shower, a washbasin that can be moved underneath with grab bars as well as HEWI grab bars on the toilet are available.
Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea as soon as you get up in the morning. You can hear the waves crashing!

- There is an unmarked parking space available for people with disabilities (parking space size: 360 cm x 500 cm; distance to the entrance approx. 50 m).
- Access to the building is via a door threshold 1 cm high. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by elevator.
- All passages/doors are at least 89 cm wide.
- The elevator cabin is 110 cm x 130 cm (width x depth). The clear passage width of the elevator door is 89 cm.
- The movement areas in sleeping area 2 are at least 150 cm x 150 cm. A height-adjustable nursing bed and a patient lift are available.
- There is no kitchen specially designed for use by wheelchair users. The dining table is wheelchair accessible, the sideboard/work surface, sink and stove are not wheelchair accessible.
Sanitary room for people with disabilities:
- Movement areas in front of the WC and washbasin are 160 cm x 300 cm.
- The movement areas next to the WC are 115 cm x 55 cm on the right and 145 cm x 55 cm on the left.
- There are fold-up grab rails on both sides.
- The washbasin is accessible from underneath and the mirror can be viewed while standing or sitting.
- The shower is steplessly accessible. The shower area is at least 120 cm x 120 cm. A shower chair is available and grab bars are installed.
There is a guest toilet, which is not designed for people with disabilities.
