Holiday flats, family-friendly, cyclist-friendly

The large, bright vacation apartment for up to a maximum of 5 people (80 m²) is located on the first floor of the Moltke Villa in Teterow's city center.

The Moltke Villa is located at the entrance of Teterow coming from Waren. The lovingly restored historic city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Small stores, restaurants & cafes, museums and the old mill district invite you to take a stroll. Also within walking distance is the train station with a great gallery in the former station building.
In the surroundings of the city there is plenty of nature. The Teterower Heidberge and the Hohe Holz invite to walks and hikes. Lake Teterow with its Burgwallinsel - a former Slavic settlement site - is a gem. The NaturBad offers the best possibilities for a relaxing stay at the beach. With the launch Regulus you can explore Lake Teterow from its most beautiful side - from the water (Easter until the end of September). By bike you can reach worth seeing destinations in the surrounding area on a network of side roads, forest, field and farm tracks, such as Basedow Castle, Schlitz Castle or the Thünengut in Tellow.

The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Moltke Villa. Large, bright rooms offer plenty of space to relax on vacation or after a long day at work. The apartment has a cozy living room with a separate reading corner. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed, so that even when occupied by two or more people can stay in separate rooms. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If desired, a sofa bed can be converted into a full-size extra bed in a few simple steps.
The kitchen is modern, spacious and equipped with all comforts - dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer. The cozy dining area offers enough space for feasting or family game night.
The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet.
In the outdoor area there is a seating area. There is a parking space for cars. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored by arrangement.
In case of a longer stay, there is the possibility of co-use of a washing machine and drying room (fee required) after consultation with the landlord.
There is also a sauna in the house, which can be used in consultation with the landlord. The use of the sauna is subject to a fee.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, however, there is the possibility to use a small smoking area outside.
